Duties & Taxes

We are a UK based brand, this means any orders placed outside the UK will face customs/duty fees. The cost of these fees varies on your total order cost and on your countries duty rates. Rare London does not cover or refund these fees so please be aware of this when placing your order. 

If you do not pay your customs charge your order will be sent back to us after a period of time and we will issue a refund for you items only, delivery cost will not be reimbursed.
