This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no surprise invoices upon delivery.

We pay these import duties and taxes on your behalf to help your order reach you as quickly as possible.

Are import duties and taxes refundable?

While we are happy to refund the cost of the item, import duties and taxes are non-recoverable.

These fees are paid directly to your local customs authorities when your package enters the country.

What happens if I return my order?
  • You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s).
  • The portion of your payment used to cover import duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
  • These funds are already held by the relevant customs authority and are non-recoverable.
