How to Return Your Items

Repackage Your Items

Ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and include your original packing slip.

  • If you do not have the packing slip, include a note with your full name, email address, order number, item(s) being returned and reason for return.
Important: Returns without paperwork cannot be processed.

Visit the Returns Portal

Enter your order number, select the item(s) you are returning and choose your preferred refund option.

  • Refund to original payment method — full-price items only.
  • Store credit/gift card — includes a 10% bonus.
  • Exchange for another size — full-price items only.

Return Shipping Fee

UK returns have a £4.50 fee deducted from your refund to cover the Royal Mail returns label.

  • Customers who choose store credit/gift card receive a free return label plus a 10% bonus.

Post Your Parcel

Drop off your parcel at your local Post Office using the label or QR code from the portal.

  • Keep your proof of postage until your refund, store credit or exchange is confirmed.

Returns Policy Details

Sale Items
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only, unless faulty.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged directly.
Full-Price Items
  • Full-price items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
  • If you choose store credit/gift card, you will receive a 10% bonus.
Original Condition Requirements

All returns must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged and in original condition.
  • Free from make-up, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, body lotions or odours.
  • Returned with all RARE LONDON ribbons and tags attached.

Items returned without ribbons/tags, or showing signs of wear, will not be accepted as returns or considered faulty.

International Returns
  • Use the Returns Portal to register your return.
  • Returns labels are not provided for international returns. International customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
  • All orders are shipped DDP, meaning no surprise fees on delivery.
  • While we refund the full purchase price of your items, import duties and taxes are non-refundable as they are paid directly to customs authorities and are non-recoverable.
Processing Time
  • Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
  • You will be notified by email when your refund, store credit or exchange is complete.
  • Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received confirmation.
Refund Method
  • By completing your return in the portal, you confirm your chosen refund method.
  • Refund selections cannot be changed once submitted.
