Follow the steps within the portal for each of the options below:

1. Refund to Original Payment Method

Please note, a fee of £5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the Royal Mail returns label. We aim to process your refund within 15 working days of receiving your return parcel.

2. Refund to a Gift Card

We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for a refund via a Gift Card, which can be used on our website to purchase a new item. A digital Gift Card will be sent to you via email within 15 working days of receiving your return parcel.

3. Exchange

Please note, we can only offer exchanges for a different size of the same item. The style, print, and colour must be identical to the original item. Your new replacement will be automatically sent out, and we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours of receiving your return parcel.
