1. Refund to Original Payment Method
A £4.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the Royal Mail returns label.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days of receiving your return parcel.
2. Refund to a Gift Card
If you choose store credit, your return is completely free and no £4.50 fee will be deducted.
You will also receive a 10% bonus on your refund.
A digital Gift Card will be emailed to you within 15 working days of receiving your return parcel.
3. Exchange
Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item only.
The style, print and colour must be identical.
Exchanges are processed within 4 working days of receiving your return parcel, and your replacement will be dispatched once processed.
