Follow the steps within the portal for each of the below options.

1. Refund to original payment method
Please note £4.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the Royal Mail returns label. We aim to refund your order within 15 working days of receiving your return parcel.

2. Refund to a Gift Card
We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for a refund via a Gift Card, which can be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether. A digital Gift Card will be sent to you via email within 15 working days of receiving your return parcel.

3. Exchange
Please note we can only offer to exchange the items for a different size. The style, print and colour must be the same as the original item. Your new replacements will be automatically sent out you and we aim to dispatch them within 48 hours of
receiving your return parcel.

Returns after 14 days
Our return policy states unwanted items must be returned within 14 days from the date of order.
