Bust
- Wrap the measuring tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not tight, and that it sits straight across your back for an accurate measurement.
Waist
- Locate the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button and below your ribcage.
- Wrap the measuring tape around this area, keeping it snug but not digging into your skin.
- Stand naturally—don’t suck in or push out your stomach for the most accurate measurement.
Hips
- Stand with your feet together and wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
- Make sure the tape is level all the way around and snug without pulling too tightly.
