HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please allow the estimated delivery time for your chosen shipping method. If it hasn’t arrived, track your parcel using your tracking number. Still need help? Email customer.service@rarelondon.com.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days after receiving your return, but it may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.
If you received the wrong item or size, email customer.service@rarelondon.com with your name, order number, and item details.
