WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please click here to access our returns centre.  Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM

Please allow the recommended delivery time as per your chosen delivery method.  If you have still not received your parcel by then, please first track your parcel with your Royal Mail tracking number and then contact us at customer.services@rarelondon.com if you have any further issues.

HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item however, it could take up to 10 working days depending on varied card issuers.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS INCORRECT?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or size, please email customer.services@rarelondon.com with your name, order number and item name.
