Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days. Express delivery is also available at checkout. International delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also log into your Rare London account to view order updates.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once your order is confirmed. Please contact customer.service@rarelondon.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: How long do I have to return my item?
You can return full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with the RARE LONDON ribbon and all tags attached.
Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the fault. If confirmed faulty, we’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair in line with your statutory rights. Items returned without tags/ribbons or that show signs of wear will not be treated as faulty.
Q: Do I have to pay for returns?
Refund to original payment method → £6.95 fee deducted (UK returns).
Refund to store credit → FREE returns + 10% bonus.
International customers → must cover their own return postage.
Q: Can I exchange my item?
Yes. Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item only. All returns and exchanges are processed within 4 working days of reaching our warehouse.
Q: How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your parcel, please allow up to 15 working days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund, store credit, or exchange has been completed.

Q: How do I use my gift card or store credit?
At checkout, enter your unique gift card code in the “Discount/Gift Card” box. Gift cards are valid for 9 months from the date of issue.
