1. Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For change-of-mind returns, a £4.50 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the Royal Mail returns label.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return.
Please note: No return fee will be deducted for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
2. Refund to a Gift Card
You may opt for a refund via a digital Gift Card and receive a 10% bonus, plus a free return label.
Gift Cards are emailed to you within 7 days of receiving your return and can be used on our website.
3. Exchange
Our returns portal allows you to exchange items for any other product, subject to availability.
If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference will be payable during the exchange process.
If the replacement item is less expensive, a partial refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Once your return is received and approved, your replacement item will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Important Information
- Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.
- Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed if items show signs of wear or use.
